In April, the VSICO Logistics Tour welcomed more than 100 logistics students and lecturers from Dai Nam University, Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, and VNU International School for firsthand visits to VSICO Thiên Sơn Warehouse, VSICO vessels, and PTSC Dinh Vu Port.

For VSICO, each tour is more than just an experiential activity — it is a proactive effort to collaborate with universities and help bridge the gap between academic learning and the real working environment.

A trip may last only one day, but what students bring back is more than just experience — it is a clearer understanding of the industry they are pursuing.

VSICO hopes that initiatives like the VSICO Logistics Tour will contribute to improving the quality of human resources for the future logistics industry.
