Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers within the bulk cargo, import-export, and logistics sectors to expand the market footprint.
Consulting & Contract Closing: Provide service consultations, prepare quotations, draft contracts, and maintain sustainable long-term relationships with clients.
Market Research: Gather market intelligence, collect customer feedback, and propose strategic solutions to enhance the company’s service quality.
Operations Management: Monitor contract execution progress, manage payment collections, and proactively resolve any arising issues during the delivery process.
Job requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an equivalent position within the logistics, port operations, or freight forwarding sectors is preferred.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly proactive mindset with the ability to work under high sales pressure (KPIs).
Language Skills: Proficiency in basic technical English (Maritime/Logistics terms) is a significant advantage.
