The goal is to develop the VSICO Lao Bao ICD (Quang Tri) into a primary hub for receiving, coordinating, and transshipping goods along the East-West Economic Corridor—seamlessly connecting Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, and the broader ASEAN region with international transport networks and seaports.
