On July 18, VSICO organized an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training program for the Company's Leadership Board, senior executives, and middle management across the entire organization.
The program focused on updating participants on the latest legal regulations, strengthening their ability to identify and control workplace risks, and reinforcing the role of management in building a safe, professional, and efficient working environment throughout VSICO's service chain.

OSH training is not only a legal compliance requirement but also a key component of VSICO's strategy to strengthen its corporate governance capabilities.
It serves as a foundation for the Company to progressively align its management system with international standards on Labor, Health, and Safety, while working toward meeting EcoVadis assessment criteria and the increasingly stringent requirements of customers and partners across the global supply chain.

Guided by its commitment to sustainable development, VSICO recognizes its people and a strong safety culture as the foundation of all business operations. The Company will continue investing in human capital alongside the expansion of its logistics network, seaports, ICDs, and fleet in the years ahead.
